Field closures are regulated by the Regional Commissioner and/or the Regional Safety Director. They will make field closures available to coaches, referees, players, and parents as soon as they are aware of the conditions.

AYSO mandates the following rules but your region fields may be different. Many city parks close while school district fields stay open during rain.
